Systems Integration/Test Engineer (Associate and Mid-Level)
The candidate for the international Program, EADGE-T, must be able to design, develop and execute integration and test plan/procedures to verify and validate various test plans. The System Test Engineer will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and support activities across the product lifecycle from concept, requirements, design, implementation, integration/test, and deployment. The System Test Engineer is responsible for reviewing requirements, developing test plans, writing test procedures, developing test automation scenarios, performing test execution, and documenting test results.
The candidate will apply test methodologies and best practices throughout the product lifecycle to help ensure that the develop product aligns with the customer requirements. The primary work location is in Colorado Springs, CO but the candidate must be willing to occasionally support both domestic and international travel.

Required Skills (Associate and Mid-Level):
  1. Experience with requirements tracking and bug tracking tools such as DOORs and JIRA
  2. Must have strong teamwork and problem solving skills
  3. Must have patience, perseverance, and tactfulness
  4. Successful candidate must be a self-starter, working under minimal guidance, and be creative in seeking solutions to various technical challenges on the program.
  5. Associate-Level must have a minimum of 3 years of experience performing test engineering activities in a large multi system/subsystem environment
  6. Mid-Level must have a minimum of 5 years of experience performing test engineering activities in a large multi system/subsystem environment

Desired Skills (Associate and Mid-Level):
  1. Experience with advanced testing methodologies, techniques, and tools
  2. Experience implementing and using test automation tools
  3. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to help defined tasks, accomplish goals, improve processes, promote quality, and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness


Systems Integration/Test Engineer (Senior Level)
The candidate for the international Program, EADGE-T, must be able to design, develop and execute integration and test plan/procedures to verify and validate various test plans. The Senior System Test Engineer will lead and mentor test engineers on advanced test methodologies associated with external system interfaces and will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team that supports activities across the product lifecycle from concept, requirements, design, implementation, integration/test, and deployment. The Senior System Test Engineer is responsible for reviewing requirements, developing test plans, writing test procedures, developing test automation scenarios, developing data simulation scenarios, performing test execution, and documenting test results. This position will focus on external interfaces and advanced communication protocols associated with radars sensors, weapon systems, tactical data links, and civil/military communications. The candidate will apply test methodologies and best practices throughout the product lifecycle to help ensure that the develop product aligns with the customer requirements. The primary work location is in Colorado Springs, CO but the candidate must be willing to support both domestic and international travel required to achieve program milestones.

  3. Experience working with military data links and protocols
