This is an on-site position working directly with the customer on a variety of IT duties.

Work Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule Monday through Friday. Limited if any OT hours.

Responsibilities
  • Deskside support
  • PC/Laptops set-ups
  • Support client specific software
  • Troubleshooting of Network Issues (when necessary)
  • Troubleshooting of Server issues (when necessary)
  • Server/Networking maintenance (when necessary)
  • Techs will be taking direction from our client as well as CompuCom mgmt. team, there will be 2 Tech on-site to support this HQ facility.
Required Skills/Experience
  • 3-5 years deskside experience
  • C+, networking, and/or server related certs a plus
  • Network & Server basic knowledge required
  • Strong desktop troubleshooting knowledge
  • Document and speak to troubleshooting steps taken to resolve an issue
