We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician I. You will be responsible for keeping updated case notes and recording time when onsite, traveling to site and completing all work associated with call. Tech will travel to different customer sites which may include a customer's home to complete service calls. Break fix on laptop, desktops, servers and printer is required.

Work Schedule: M-F 9AM to 5PM Mainly, OT sometimes may be needed. On-Call availability required.

  • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals
  • Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems
  • Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups
  • Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed
  • Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs
  • Works under general supervision
  • 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area required
  • A+ certification recommended
  • Knowledge of a variety of tech support concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude required
  • May require an Associate's Degree or equivalent
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Must be able to pass a driver’s background check
