We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician I. You will be responsible for keeping updated case notes and recording time when onsite, traveling to site and completing all work associated with call. Tech will travel to different customer sites which may include a customer's home to complete service calls. Break fix on laptop, desktops, servers and printer is required. Work Schedule: M-F 9AM to 5PM Mainly, OT sometimes may be needed. On-Call availability required. Overview
