Schedule: Work hours are from 11:00am - 8pm.

  • Supporting Windows 10
  • MS Office 0365
  • Remote access
  • Imaging
  • All our work comes from Service Now ticketing system
  • Break-Fix support, changing system boards, HDDs, laptop LCDs etc.
  • IMAC – Receiving equipment, unboxing and deploying (set up, breakdown)
  • Responsible to ship and track equipment to remote users and track returns documenting everything in the ticket
  • Must be detailed and process oriented
  • Must be able to work independently following detailed steps
  • Must be able to document troubleshooting steps taken
  • Maintain daily ticket status.
  • Good trouble shooting skills both HW and software
TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have
  • Supporting Windows 10 and MS Office 365
  • 3-5 years of experience
