The Help Desk Support Tech will work on the phone coordinating, diagnosing, and troubleshooting incoming client calls for each type of client and differing industries. This Tech will the first point of contact for technical support service requests. The requests are for support for technical / IT issues involving desktop and laptop application software, network services from local personnel, basic hardware troubleshooting, or from employees using remote network access.
