Our client is a high-visibility tech corporation seeking a Migration Help Desk Support Specialist, who is capable of supporting Windows 10 and office 365 in a corporate IT environment. A successful candidate will have knowledge of Windows, IT troubleshooting, and great people skills to work them through hardware and software challenges.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00pm.
Must pass a 10-year background check and drug screen.
Migration Help Desk Support (Win10 / O365)
  • Provides support to end users on a variety of issues
  • Provides support to technicians on Windows 10 and Office 365
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
  • Experience supporting upgrades and conversions
  • Responds to telephone calls, e-mail, and personnel requests for technical support
  • Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
  • May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system
  • Works under immediate supervision
  • 2-3 years of experience with corporate IT Help Desk (preferably enterprise)
  • Must have strong Windows 10 and Office 365 expertise (Upgrade and Conversion experience a plus)
  • Microsoft training and certifications a plus
  • Commonly-used tech support concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines
  • May require an Associate's Degree in a related area
  • Must pass a 10-year background check and credit check, along with employment verification
