Desktop Support Technician - Video Game Enthusiast

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician who will provide support to faculty and professors. As well as providing consulting on a business based video game. 

Overview:
  • Heavy Windows base
  • IMAC work. Install of new systems
  • MAC work will be limited
  • Professors put their orders in and we get them to set up
  • 1 setup in the morning and 1 in the afternoon
  • Support faculty and professors
  • Approx. 270 professors
  • Dealing with Professors only, no students, long sleeve shirts during the school year
Responsibilities:
  • Test, analyze, and provide feedback to the teacher
  • In addition, the tech will also support existing team onsite
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years’ experience required
  • People skills are very high
  • Dell Hardware experience
  • Service Now ITSM ticketing system experience
