We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician who will be servicing retail and in-home customers for printer, computer, POS and other technology issues. The ideal candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s).

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 40 hours. OT rarely. Company van, gas card and tools will be provided.
  • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals
  • Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems
  • Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups
  • Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed
  • Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs
  • Works under general supervision
  • 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area required
  • Knowledge of a variety of tech support concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude required
  • May require an Associate's Degree or equivalent
Top Skills
  • Must have Retail/POS experience
  • Must have experience with cat 5 & cat 6 fiber
