IT Support & Coordination Analyst

The successful candidate will serve a dual role of providing support to the IT Helpdesk and will receive training to support the IT Department PeopleSoft procurement processes.

Primary work location is the client’s central office in San Carlos. Support hours will be Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. Some off-hours support will occasionally be required to handle staff requests and schedule conflicts.

  • Provide Tier I IT Help Desk support
  • Assume the role of primary procure to pay coordinator for the IT Department
  • Help Desk support and routing of non-routine work requests to second tier support
  • Document Help Desk requests and steps taken to final resolution
  • With guidance and training, process invoices and online requisitions using PeopleSoft
  • 2+ years of Help Desk support experience including supporting remote workstations (desktops / laptops)
  • Proficiency in Excel and the MS Office Suite required
  • Working knowledge of an integrated ERP system such as PeopleSoft preferred
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated self-starter capable of taking initiative
  • Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
