Sales Administrative Support

Sales Admin is a key role that is chartered to support the sales tools & processes across the business. S/He is primarily responsible for maintaining the sales tools to ensure they are updated on a constant basis. Also need to support ROBs & other reporting needs for the organization.
 
Overview:
  • Sales Support (60%)
    • Meet with DRIs (directly responsible individual) on a weekly basis to capture their opportunities updates & enter them in the Pipeline Tracker tool
    • Ensure Pipeline Tracker tool reflects the most current sales information at all times
    • Provide some MSP guidance to DRIs for helping with sales data integrity & predictability
    • Research TPIDs and MSX IDs for top opportunities
    • Connect with MS Account Managers on behalf of DRIs to align with MSX data
  • Other Support (40%)
    • Help support Business Reporting Lead on pipeline data & revenue results for ROBs, etc.
    • Provide a shared report of DRI insights, including revenue details, hardware needs, etc.
    • Support Speech BD calls & reporting, providing updates as needed
    • Share best sales practices across DRIs to help scale the business
    • Provide admin support to DRIs for side projects & other needs
    • High level of interaction about 2 hours a day.
    • Some remote, some flex with hours
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, i.e. sales report pre-pipeline funneling
  • Goal oriented and likes to be challenged
  • Used to dealing with ambiguity
  • Bachelor’s degree required
