Adoption/Change Management Program Manager

Responsible AI is a new team and program tasked with implementing AI Principles across the client organization through enablement, policy, and governance approaches. We are looking for an Adoption and Change Management PM to work with HR, Worldwide Learning, and Engineering Learning to develop and implement the curriculum and content for employee enablement for responsible AI.
This includes:
  • Role identification, and needs assessment – starting with Phase 1 implementation teams
  • Development of executive onboarding training and adoption plan
  • Curriculum development to meet the needs identified needs
  • Planning and development of the community program
  • Developing implementation org specific events, with the community to drive enablement
  • Building and maintaining the community
  • Integrating with existing communities out of the CTO Office, Engineering, and Field organizations
  • Integrating into planning for multiple existing events
  • Compiling and reporting engagement metrics
This role will develop, maintain, and manage program requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks and challenges. Work closely with program / process owners, stakeholders, and business partners to identify business change and drive the consensus necessary to adopt a manageable change strategy.
  • 3-4 years of Program Management experience
  • Experience in curriculum design
  • Events experience / management
  • Experience creating content through Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Teams
  • Knowledge / background in organizational readiness and change management programs required
  • Must possess strong cross team / group / org collaboration skills
  • Ability to foresee and manage project risks
  • Excellent people skills, understanding change management approaches and culture development
  • Must have excellent communication skills to all levels, experience working with external vendors, leadership skills, and demonstrated experience managing programs with varying degree of complexity
  • Experience in video creation a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
