The Level 4 Technical Associate will work in a corporate environment located onsite with one of our largest and most well-known customers. Position is in the Negotiated Business Solutions group handling requests for support of software / hardware that is not supported by the regular IT support group.
 
Duties include:
  • Putting OS on and configuration of laptops / desktops / tablets and client data migration
  • Advanced break-fix support of software/hardware issues for clients
  • Managing and updating tickets via the client's ticketing database
  • Flexibility required and the willingness to change directions within an hour, sometimes less
  • Travel between buildings (required daily)
  • Ability to work in a team dynamic and backfill for team members
  • Ability to train and backfill for partner IT groups, including DCH, service centers, and audio-visual departments
  • Excellent communication skills required for frequent interactions with clients in person and via phone / email / IM
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years technical experience desired
  • A+ certification required within 90 days of start date
  • Windows / Linux imaging
  • Advanced Windows OS troubleshooting
  • Advanced server imaging with troubleshooting
  • Advanced Linux OS troubleshooting
  • Basic printer support and troubleshooting
  • Requires knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel and Word primarily) and Windows 7, 8 and 10
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and excellent written / verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. solo
  • May be required to walk / sit / stand / crawl / kneel for extended periods
