We are looking for a high-performing, action oriented and organized Business Program Manager to support the General Manager of a dynamic team. As the Business Management for this team, you will be directly responsible for finance and resource management, internal and external communications, and the rhythm of the business (ROB). The Business Manager works closely with the GM and interacts on a regular basis with the leaders across the team as well as with several internal stakeholders. This role requires a balance of leadership and influence skills to support the operational needs of the team. Must maintain highest level of integrity and business professionalism and deal with highly sensitive data with absolute confidentiality. 
Business Program Manager:
  • Budget management for the team
  • Lead for all organizational tracking including org distribution, performance, tracking and hiring
  • Ensure leadership time effectiveness by setting effective agendas and driving high quality content and output, including prep and readiness for key engagements internal and external events and meetings
  • Provide research and briefing for all external / partner meetings to prepare General Manager
  • Set leadership team meetings agenda, management, and action follow up
  • Track and close action items follow up for all internal and external meetings
  • Communication – Partner meetings content (external); team meetings (internal)
  • Coordinate executive summary in preparation for executive review
  • Maintain SharePoint site, including updates and security group permissions
  • Coordinate meeting schedule with presenters
  • Act as Point of Contact for large scale eternal events
  • Special projects and travel as needed
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Strong cross-group coordination across all levels as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward, including the ability to deal with ambiguity and provide structure for others
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely and senior executives both internally and cross-channel - both verbal and written form
  • Strong organizational, planning, and analytical experience, resourceful at sourcing right stakeholders and driving stakeholder workstreams, influence among the senior leaders across a highly-matrixed organization
  • Ability to effectively influence others across multiple groups to achieve specific objectives
  • Ensures organizational readiness for business demands and meets challenging timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of delivering on-target results.
  • Fosters an environment where people can thrive, do their best work, and feel appreciated and recognized
  • Proficiency with productivity software, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Skype meetings and SharePoint required
