We are looking for a punctual, highly accurate, and customer-oriented Desktop Support Technician for Kronos L2 Support. The candidate must be able to manage time as this is a work at home position.
We are looking for someone to work from 12:30-9:30PM M-F.
  • Kronos Time and Attendance Support experience preferred
  • Must have knowledge of payroll and benefits processes
  • Must have computer troubleshooting ability
  • Must live within a 35 - 50 mile radius of the city of Philadelphia as they will need to come in for ongoing training
  • Provides support to end users on a variety of issues
  • Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support
  • Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up
  • Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
  • May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager
