Help Desk Technician

This Help Desk Tech MUST have Windows knowledge. Great environment to learn and grow! In this position you will be performing a variety of help desk activities. Your responsibilities may include imaging PCs, analysis of software and operating systems, IT installations, user administration, troubleshooting, documentation, and application configuration.
 
Requirements:
  • Entry level to 2-years IT experience
  • Solid desktop support and troubleshooting skills, including hands-on experience with imaging a variety of hardware platforms running Windows Operating systems
  • Excellent Customer Service skills required
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional demeanor
  • Degree, certificate or equivalent training a plus
