The Marketing Manager in this position will develop Demand Generation Plans to support our Industry Tier 1 Events to drive Awareness / Reach, Engagement and Leads.
Responsibilities include:
  • Work with Industry Marketing team to understand target audience and key messages; build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Act as Program Lead and work with Industry Marketing, Sales and WW Events to ensure event presence is on strategy and consistent
  • Develop end-to-end Demand Gen plans across all relevant channels (blogs, social, web, etc.); present updates to plan on monthly stakeholder calls
  • Set, communicate, and maintain marketing timelines and priorities for events
  • Create Field Demand Gen Bill of materials (BOM), including Event invites, Social posts / banners, Images, Email signatures, Motion Graphic, event 1-pager, “sizzle slide”
  • Create Event Landing Page and produce timeline for page build-out / editorial calendar for content updates
  • Create Social Media organic and paid plan and Paid Media Plan in conjunction with Social lead / Paid Media Lead to drive Awareness and Reach, showcasing engagement at the Event – includes customer and partner promotion
  • Creative video and photography creative briefs
  • Create a comprehensive event in a box to equip field teams with marketing assets, templates and tools to leverage for local events
  • Establish metrics for success based on benchmarks
  • Analyze event operations and prepare and implement recommendations for improving operational efficiencies within events
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of digital and event marketing experience
  • Creativity to craft compelling messages and content
  • Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and customer focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
  • Video production experience a plus
  • Highly self-directed; thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively to achieve the best outcome
