This PC Hardware Logistics Admin position is a member of the team that provides a service of supplying and managing the PC inventory globally. The primary responsibility for this role is order fulfillment. The candidate will need to be onsite 3 weeks for training, otherwise remote.
 
Overview:
  • Analyze and process hardware requests for laptops, desktops and peripherals (including memory and storage) in accordance with the PC Life cycle guidelines
    • Place orders on behalf of clients
    • Track all orders and inventory
    • Restock inventory as necessary
    • Communicate with clients on the status of their requests
  • Monitor and track hub-site storeroom inventories
  • Work with site services to provide monthly reports of stock
  • Monitor mailboxes and ServiceNow queue for requests and questions and respond as appropriate
  • Conduct weekly audits on PC Hardware
Qualifications:
  • Experience with ServicesNow or other comprehensive IT ticketing software based on ITIL framework
  • Expert knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables)
  • Understanding of PC hardware
  • Quick learner
  • Good written communication skills
 Pay rate: $15.50/hr
