Our customer is seeking a Junior Project Manager to serve as a critical team member of the Client Delivery Team serving our clients as the point of contact on assigned IT Infrastructure projects. They will perform a variety of project coordination duties including the project start up, planning, execution, and close out phases of infrastructure related projects. Project Managers are the front line support and pr
imary interface to the client while collaborating with other support members of the team to deliver the best possible outcome and experience to our clients.

General Responsibilities:
  • Manage Planned Services from initiation to completion  
  • Attend / host project calls with providers and clients to ensure work activity is successfully completed
  • Engage Analysts & Technical PMs for support according to work flow
  • Ensure all deliverables are accurately submitted by providers and meet client expectations
  • Manage Provider to quoted cost & deliverables
  • Manage change orders for Planned Services
  • Approve invoices for Planned Services & submit Project Manager hours
  • Manage work queue in the Platform
  • Complete project closeout with client in Platform
  • Raise opportunities to Client Delivery Manager as needed
  • Recommend process and Platform enhancements
  • Virtually lead field technicians on projects and ensure quality delivery
  • Maintain all client project deliverables such as project plans, project runbooks, meeting minutes, and other client deliverables
  • Respond to inquiries about projects
  • 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Experience working on multiple projects at one time (30-40 a month / 5-10 concurrent at once)
  • Familiarity with the Office Suite, Project, Visio, and Project management tools
  • Knowledge of infrastructure cabling and products
  • Monthly invoicing and project budgeting tracking
  • Must be highly organized and efficient with getting things done
  • Demonstrate a super hero attitude of "can do” every day
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to communicate to all levels of the organization
  • Highly responsive to customer requests and communications, day to day as well as when production changes are being implemented
  • Highly motivated and self-directed with keen attention to detail
  • Must be RESOURCEFUL and figure things out on the fly
