Do you have a passion for making people feel valued and appreciated? We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join a growing HR team to create a smooth, positive interview experience for potential employees.

Ideal candidates are forward thinking, proactive, and passionate about new ways to improve the overall candidate experience. Building genuine relationships and trust across the organization, as well as with candidates, is key to this role. Problem solving skills and the ability to connect dots are also an essential factor to succeeding as a Recruiting Coordinator.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Run scripts to send to Engineering candidates technical tests
  • Follow up with candidates regarding tests
  • Reject candidates at the take home test stage
  • Coordinate and schedule final round interviews, phone screens, and video chats
  • Communicate interview information and travel details with candidates
  • Find ways to automate and improve manual processes
  • Connect the dots between timelines, people, and preferences to make scheduling a breeze
