Work Schedule: M-F 8-5, hours may vary and may require on-call from time to time.
 
The position is for an Executive Support Technician supporting incidents created through the Service Center ticketing process by executives and/or their delegates.

Overview:
  • Remote support
  • Hardware support
  • Troubleshooting
  • Assisting with the ordering / purchasing of equipment
  • Hardware upgrades
  • Configuration and setup of all new systems
  • Software support
    • Software installs
    • Troubleshooting issues
    • Software configurations
  • Local / Remote Network (remote software services)
  • Printer installations and setups
  • Providing Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) support as requested by the incident process, initiated by executives and/or their delegates
  • iphone and iPad setup and support
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of IT work experience required
  • Advanced knowledge of standard tech support concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Customer service skills
