We currently have a new requirement in the Denver metro area for a Dispatch Support Technician. Candidates living in any zip code in the Denver metro will be considered, but Littleton, Englewood, Centennial, Aurora (south side) areas will be preferred.
Position Summary:
  • Laptop – Desktop break-fix technician (DISPATCH)
  • Printer break-fix technician (DISPATCH)
  • POS break-fix technician (DISPATCH)
  • Performs on-site servicing and repair of major OEM laptops, desktops, POS, and printers
  • Provides technical support in activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems
  • Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up
  • If candidate does not have CompTIA A+, must have experience that demonstrates understanding of all A+ concepts and be able to achieve A+ within 90 Days
  • Laptop / Desktop break-fix experience
  • Printer break-fix experience very important!!
  • Deskside Customer Service support experience
  • Reliable transportation required (driving position – reimbursed accordingly)
Nice to Have:
  • Printer Certifications with TCN
  • Major OEM Printer Warranty Certifications
  • Major OEM Laptop / Desktop Warranty Certifications
  • Server Break-Fix experience
  • CompTIA Server+
