Hours: M-F 7:30-4:30.

Desktop Support Technician

Position Overview:
  • Build, deploy, and troubleshoot desktops and laptops
  • Setup, configure and add all hardware
  • Test, image and clean desktops and laptop, monitors, printers, and other related hardware
  • On-Call support required
Skills and Competencies:
  • 3+ years of hands-on technical experience in laptop and desktop design and hardware installation required
  • Familiarity with standard tech support concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • 3+ years’ experience in a break-fix environment
  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • Ability to lift and palletize heavy equipment (PCs, monitors, printers)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude required
