Overview:
  • Processing work flow requests 
  • Activating and deactivating users 
  • Troubleshooting and investigating start up issue 
  • Applies knowledge of computer hardware and software subject matter to be  information processing techniques
  • Experience with automating processes with cataloging and administrative. 
  • Create work flows in PAM for Service Catalog
  • Experience creating catagories 
  • Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls
Qualifications:
  • Requires 3 years relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years working with CA Service Desk, PAM & Catalog
  • CA Service Desk: Admin experience with knowledge of JavaScript, HTMPL and spel code
  • CA PAM: experience developing, managing, maintaining and troubleshooting workflow processes
  • CA Service Catalog: creating and maintaining catalog offerings, option groups, forms, etc.
  • Experience with ITSM
Nice to have:
  • Administration, development, and customer support experience needed
  • Fast-paced, detail-oriented environment requiring the ability to multitask
