— Deskside Computer Support Technician: A+, Break-Fix, PC, MAC OS, Win10, Admin Support (Procurement, Invoice Tracking, Software Tracking, Asset Management) —
Are you an experienced Deskside Support Technician who loves complex challenges and is passionate about technology? Do you also enjoy speaking with end users on their support issues and helping them through the process? If so, this position may be for you. 
This is a day shift position ONSITE in Bellevue, WA; M-F, rare OT, no on-call.
Job Duties for the A+ Certified Deskside Computer Technician:
  • Provides remote desktop support, mobile device support, application support and administration, break-fixes, software installs, imaging, laptop setups, and equipment pickups; heavily focused on excellent customer service
  • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals
  • Conducts periodic new hire training on technology, systems, and operations
  • Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems
  • Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups
  • Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts and equipment as needed
  • Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs
  • Administrative responsibility for ordering hardware, software; receiving, paying invoices, reconciling PO reports
  • At least 1 year of experience at SMB or Enterprise level
  • A+ or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of commonly used support concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Workstation and laptop hardware components experience with Lenovo, Canon, and other leading brands preferred
  • Technical skills / experience in the following:
    • Microsoft operating system software
    • Microsoft Office applications
    • Desktop hardware and peripherals
    • Desktop imaging tools
    • Desktop network configuration
    • Desktop software installation and configuration
    • OS installation and configuration
    • Azure-based VMs, maintenance, configuration (will train or be trained)
    • Picking up / dropping off equipment from users or shipping locations; car may be required occasionally
    • Preparing old equipment for re-dispositioning and e-waste handling
    • Processing and testing failed systems returned from clients
    • Ensuring all client inventory assets are stored and distributed in a clean and professional manner
    • May be required to walk / sit / stand / crawl / kneel for extended periods
