Responsibilities for the Desktop Support Tech in this position queue management, inventory management, mobile phone device support, mailing, and shipping management, imaging, and Dell laptop deployment.
Top 2 skills required are 1. Time Management and 2. Customer Service.
The work schedule will be Mon-Fri, 8:00-5:00 local time with the possibility of on-call.
  • 2-3+ years of related experience required
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products
  • Ability to transform technical IT language into terms everyone understands
  • Relatable with customers and impeccable with follow-through
