We are seeking an experienced Program Manager Non-Tech 2.

Role/Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and manage program requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks and challenges
  • Support Managers to drive a program or projects
  • Work closely with program / process owners, stakeholders and business partners to identify business change and drive the consensus necessary to adopt a manageable change strategy
  • Manage programs and projects involving multiple parties / organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities
  • Lead cross-organization project teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes
  • Engage with program/process owners, stakeholders and business partners as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress
  • Contract management of program deliverables including contract templates, approvals, updates and contract lifecycle management
  • Program vendor management to ensure deliverables are being produced as per program SLAs and standards
  • Partner with internal and external vendors to assist, identify and resolve program issues
  • Engage field teams to execute the program processes for assigned engagements and track deliverables and schedules across multiple teams and projects
  • Manage the engagement program schedule and plan and monitor the tasks execution
  • Develop program related operational guidance by building checklists
  • Meeting planning and facilitation with account teams around the world, meeting facilitation and follow-up reporting
Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years of program management experience, Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge/background in program management related disciplines (Project Management / Engagement Management / Task Management / Communications / Content Development / Process Development / Troubleshooting / Reporting)
  • Must possess strong cross team / group / org collaboration skills; ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues
  • The ideal candidate will have high-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand concepts and situations that pass by many others
  • Must have excellent communication skills to all levels, experience working with external vendors, strong project management skills, strong leadership skills, and demonstrated experience managing programs with varying degree of complexity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required

  • 4-5 years of program management experience
  • MUST have experience working with stakeholders, communication and follow up
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
