The Executive IT Support Technician will provide white glove support for executives and/or their delegates. Candidates must have Mac knowledge to qualify for this position.

Overview:
  • Provide support for Incidents created through the Service Center ticketing process
    • Remote Support
    • Hardware Support
      • Troubleshooting
      • Assisting with the ordering / purchasing of equipment
      • Hardware Upgrades
      • Configuration and setup of all new systems
    • Software Support
      • Software installs
      • Troubleshooting issues
      • Software configurations
    • Local / Remote Network (remote software services)
    • Printer Installations and Setups
  • Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) support as requested by the incident process
