Executive Support – Basically MAC support
  • Supporting Incidents created through the Service Center ticketing process by executives and/or their delegates
    • Remote support
    • Hardware support
      • Troubleshooting
      • Assisting with the ordering / purchasing of equipment
      • Hardware upgrades
      • Configuration and setup of all new systems
    • Software support
      • Software installs
      • Troubleshooting issues
      • Software configurations
    • Local / Remote Network (remote software services)
    • Printer installations and setups
  • Providing Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) support as requested by the incident process, initiated by executives and/or their delegates
Specialty Device Support – Providing support for the managed Macintosh environment
  • Support user application access management and troubleshoot deployed applications
  • Provide end user support:
    • Troubleshoot and remediate issues relating to MAC environment, wireless access, and supported tools
    • Perform Active Directory (AD) / account profile management escalations
    • Perform client builds / rebuilds
    • Support image patching as available
    • Support core application upgrades, testing, and support
    • Work with the Sustaining Operations Macintosh Support Team
Kiosk / Desktop Support – Primary responsibility, mostly kiosk
  • Provide Operating System Support - Windows 10 Standard supported Images
  • Work in the La Jolla, CA ServiceCenter queue and will work assigned ticket(s) to resolution, according to the priority level assigned to the ticket, and resolve issues in accordance with the defined SLAs
  • In-Scope software support
  • Maintenance of the CMDB data for devices touched
  • Knowledge of mobile device support: iPhones, iPads, Android devices
Infrastructure Hands and Eye Support: Provide directed support for Network Closets and Local Servers
