Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8-5 with some overtime required.
Dedicated Onsite Tech to perform IT troubleshoot, break-fix of PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and other tasks at the direction of onsite customer management for two large warehouse facilities located adjacent to each other. Candidate will be required to work and stand throughout the day within the facility and have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
TOP 2 Required Skills:
  1. Great customer skills
  2. Ability to work independently and complete tasks without supervision
  • 3 years’ experience in general IT work
  • A+, Dell PC, laptop, and server certifications will be required to obtain within 90 days (CompuCom will support getting certifications)
  • Success will depend on ability to satisfy and work with the customer management
