Job Description:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial-spirited Learning & Development Specialist to establish, develop, deploy and maintain our adult-learning leadership and training programs across the company.

Key Sub Tasks:
  • Responsible for the management of our network's online training and educational initiatives.
  • Establish best practices and guidelines for online learning.
  • Work with Creative Services Manager to develop long-term plan and vision for online learning within the company.
  • Collaborate with trainers, coaches and subject matter experts to deploy education courses and materials for the organization.
  • Collaborate with Website Administrator to determine appriopriate delivery channel for online learning.
  • Work closely with internal team on implementation plan, design, and deployment of online training programs including building interactive and multimedia content. 
  • Use e-learning authoring tools to create production-ready content for online learning.
  • Build and publish learning materials and modules using Articulate 360.
  • Assist training team by consulting on best practices for adult learning, in-person classes
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • eLearning and instructional design experience.
  • Holistic approach to instructional design and ability to switch between analyzer, developer, and designer roles.
  • Demonstrated understanding of adult learning and e-learning design theory.
  • Experience leveraging technology to develop learning materials.
  • Passionate, goal-oriented and ability to work in ambiguity are a must.
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools; preferably Articulate Storyline 2 or Adobe Captivate 9.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong project management, written and verbal skills communication skills.
  • Strong attention to details and organizational skills, with sensitivity to deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • eLearning portfolio or examples should be included in application.
