UX Strategist
Minneapolis, MN
Currently seeking UX Strategist for a great opportunity in the Minneapolis, MN area. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience developing content for Web and other digital media.
Responsibilities of the UX Strategist
  • UX/content strategy deliverables: user personas, customer journeys, user scenarios, message strategy, content audits, needs assessments, gap analyses, content outlines, content migration plans, etc.
  • Define content needs of digital tactics and ensure that the necessary content is identified and sourced
  • Contribute to the content strategy development based on audience needs, marketing goals, and brand objectives
  • Develop strategic solutions for content that consider presentation, content management, workflow, and maintenance
  • Performing content audits and inventories and preparing content gap analyses
  • Develop content outlines and content calendars for tactics
  • Work with UI Designers to ensure UX best practices are upheld
  • Inform the requirements of interaction designs
  • Work with clients to edit, reformat and enhance both legacy and newly created content
  • Determine content requirements and identify potential content sources for tactics
  • Oversee and document content integration and migration
  • Develop textual elements for interfaces including instructional copy, appropriate naming conventions, and other UX-focused content elements
  • Create content structures, taxonomies and metadata to support grouped and tagged content
  • Consult on content integration with content management systems, digital asset management, and databases
  • Advise on SEO best practices
Requirements of the UX Strategist
  • 5+ years of experience developing content for Web and other digital media
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field, such as interaction design, communications, journalism, writing, or English
  • Working knowledge of design and visualization tools such as Omnigraffle, Visio, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and online UX tools
  • Healthcare Experience (Preferred)
