Program Manager:
  • Banking and Cash Solutions, The Program Manager is responsible for developing and implementing new compliance programs for the Banking and Cash Solutions (BCS) organization.
  • The Program manager develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure BCS meets the needs of program requirements and compliance goals.
  • The Program Manager advises BCS leadership of emerging market trends, initiatives, and requirements.
Accountabilities:
  • Develops policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for researching, analyzing and interpreting applicable regulations and statutes applicable to program creation to and implementing changes to and/or enhancing existing policies and procedures.
  • Partner with BCS leadership, Legal and Compliance, Products, Treasury, Community Relations and Marketing to develop programs.
  • Partner with Community Relations and Public Affairs to establish, participate, and maintain relationships with program partners.
Skills/Required Experience:
  • Exposure to Bank compliance programs such as BSA/AML, CRA, OFAC.
  • Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures around these programs.
  • Analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
  • Relationship and communication skills.
  • Influences decision making across organization and leadership.
  • Experience with non-profit community organizations.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret, financial reports, and legal documents.
  • 5-7 years' experience preferably in financial services.
  • Exposure to Bank compliance programs such as BSA/AML, CRA, OFAC.
  • Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures around these programs.
