Responsibilities for ONE account product management include:
  • Escalation processing related to all ONE account features (checking, debit card, and bill pay) and decision alignment across multiple business areas.
  • Vendor invoice processing, systems maintenance testing and validation, disaster recovery testing and incident management (requires some off-hours support).
  • Multiple vendor problem management and tracking.
  • Managing advisor and client experience resulting in system, policy and process execution enhancements.
  • Maintain and complete annual sunset reviews of ONE account communications and training.
  • Incident management as part of our product team you will be responsible for managing processes, procedures, and policies related to our companies Account.
  • The incumbent will also work cross-organizationally with Service and Operations, Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, and Fraud, Communications and Training as well as multiple vendor teams.
  • This position involves occasional leadership of project teams to design new products, execute product enhancements or enact new or update policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to conduct discovery, perform root cause analysis and make recommendations for the remediation of ONE account related issues.
  • Ability to analyze and review client business and ONE account data to identify key indicators pertaining to operations, risk, finance, compliance, or process and controls Experience with our systems, operations, and service delivery processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while being able to implement tactical plans.
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work with and influence all levels of the organization (up, down and across).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver effective analysis and documented results.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of Brokerage nonqualified accounts and qualified plans along with their associated fees.
  • Working knowledge of BETA Host, BETA Link, SSD, CICS, XTND, Client Viewer, AdvisorCompass.
  • Experience with ONE account vendor systems (WebCSR, FIS reports portal, ICM, FDR, Deluxe OrderPro and OrderPoint, and PartnerCare for bill pay) Experience in the Financial services industry.
