Position title and job description: Administrator/Coordinator 20 hour work week - 9am - 1pm Mon - Friday

Primary responsibility is to assist US Specialty Marketing in coordinating activities essential to maintaining compliance and timely execution of vendor contracts, consultant contracts and appropriate invoice processing for all specialty marketing activities and projects. Skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel. Success Factors: Independent, fast learner, excellent Excel and database experience Must have strong communication skills with internal and external customers Challenges: will need to learn Healthcare accounting system and policies; Zinc system (internal review system of promotional items, videos and presentations); strong Microsoft Excel background; Pcard reconciliation; contract and payment processing; excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders; assist on adhoc projects and tasks as requested.

Must have good communication skills and able to manage multiple streams of work.
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Will train candidate in: Zinc internal approval system, Akritiv accounting system, INFOR, CWT Travel booking site, Corporate-form system, grants & compliance policies, contract administration, budget and accruals accounting practices.

Education Required: Associate Degree preferred
Years of Experience Required: 2 years minimum

Does the position allow for the contractor to work remote? No

Will the contractor be working 40 hours a week? If not, weekly estimate? No, 20 hours per week
Will there be OT? As needed, supervisor approval in advance
