Job Description:
Nexthink is a tool in end-user experience management. We need an experienced Service Desk resource (L3) who has also worked/experience on Nexthink tool.
  • Should have working experience on Nexthink environment
  • Should have extensive experience of managing Service Desk for a large account.
  • Should have experience on Using Nexthink tool and Dashboard –
  • Using Nexthink Act module to deliver auto-healing and proactive issue remediation
  • Work directly with end-users to resolve issues and improve the end user experience
