Additional Information 1. They have to have Wireless background; more design, theory, extensive networking background. Familiarty with CISCO products, controller configuration, best practices. Something other than CISCO will not work for this project. AirMagnet Spectrum Analyzer is best, but if they don't know Air Magnet but have other wifi tools that should be ok. Airmagnet is the primary. 802.1x, EAP , RADIUS all critical. As long as they understand licensing and different platforms they should be fine- WCS or Company.
