The SAP Hybris e-Commerce Developer needs to have at least 5 years in Hybris e-Commerce.
· Developer that has done dashboard integration with Hybris
· Development and deployment of Hybris e-Commerce solutions. Handle large scale implementation into manageable chunks and guide designer, developer on technical aspects.
· Designing and building the Hybris solution from the ground up as well as the customization, extension, and implementation of third party software products which integrate with it.
· Responsible for defining and managing the delivery of technical infrastructure required for large Hybris e-Commerce implementation. Able to lead the discussion with client and partners to choose right infra requirement.
· Ability to guide client on Hybris e-Commerce roadmap and provide technical solutions for their business needs. Experience in selection of IT products to use based on cost benefit analysis and research.
· Provide technical expertise and guidance in developing business solutions.
· Possesses technical ownership of multiple applications and will work closely with the functional resources to ensure that the applications are fulfilling client requirements.
· Offers proposed design changes/suggestions to processes and applications, exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of an assignment.
· Responsible for translating the functional specifications into an application architecture that is conducive to IT's technical processes and standards.
· Provide leadership to others and interface with senior management to provide and obtain information to build consensus regarding project direction.
· Identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.
· Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
· Creating and maintaining a knowledge-base of service delivery content based on reusable information and knowledge objects, as well as their cross-purposed or leveraged functionality;
