Job Description:

Provide administrative support to the Project Manager in the implementation of the DuPont STOP™ (Safety Training Observation/ Behavioral Safety) Program at the New Brunswick and Moreton sites to reduce and eliminate unsafe conditions and behaviors that may lead to injuries and accidents. Observations will be measured and trended using DuPont DataPro software. The program will be implemented in two phases STOP® for Supervision (SFS) for all "Managers of People” and then STOP® for Each Other (SFEO) for the rest of the sites population.

The Administrative Assistance will provide diverse administrative support, including but not limited to word processing, data entry, arranging logistics for meetings and training sessions, initiation and follow-up of purchase requisition. The Assistant will be responsible for ordering training materials, assigning and tracking completion in Client ELS.

Job Responsibilities:
• The ideal candidate should have prior experience and proficiency working in Client Electronic Learning System (Success Factors).
• Should have experience as a training coordinator, managing schedules and assignments, and generating learning needs and status reports.

The Administrative Assistance will deliver the following activities for this project:
• Creating and assigning training curriculums for the STOP™ training modules.
• Monitoring enrollment, marking credit upon training completion and generating reports on completed training and learning needs.
• Coordinating training logistics, reserving meeting rooms and audio visual requirements.
• Orders materials, coordinates printing.
• Enter STOP™ Observations in DataPro database and run reports.

• Organization — Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities in a fast paced changing environment
• Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills are required
• Judgment and Decision Making — Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
