Job Description:

Client Project Management Services has an opportunity for a Senior Project manager to manage a highly complexed Finance project. This project will simplify and streamline tax calculation, Nota Fiscal (Nfe), preparation and filing in Brazil, and also provide tax research and content to maintain compliance within the solution.
The Senior Project Manager will closely partner with our external partners (Client, PWC & Client) to enable effective execution of the project plans.

Key Responsibilities
• Manages the implementation and consistent delivery of projects to agreed upon timelines, budgets and expectations of quality.
• Works with clients, developers and vendors to determine requirements.
• Creates and manages project budget vs. actual expenditures (capital and expense).
• Creates and manages work breakdown structure (WBS) and scheduled project plan.
• Manages and supervises project team resources.
• Develops critical path analysis for project implementation.
• Responsible for business change management (incl. business process redesign, training, SOPs).
• Manage project scope and timeline through formal change management processes.
• Manages project issues and risks through standard issue/risk process.
• Provide timely communication to stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with required controls.
• Manage projects with dollar values in excess of $500,000.

Key Competencies:
• Strong program and project management experience with proven track-record of several years managing complex IT projects
• Must have knowledge of software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Knowledge.
• Ability to complete multiple, simultaneous projects with minimal supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both technical and non-technical parties.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate with employees, external vendors and all level of management.
• Ability to work with range of technically, culturally & geographically diverse teams in a matrixed environment.

Education, Certification & Experience Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree/Technical degree or equivalent requirement. Master's degree a plus.
• PMP, or equivalent certification, required.

Comments:
• The ideal candidate should have experience in managing Finance, Taxation, Accounting & Procurement projects
• The ideal candidate should be fluent in Portuguese.
