We are in the midst of a large set of regional RFPs that will optimize our global parcel spend ? $60M in annual spend.
  • This role will help complete the NA implementation, partnering with Supply Chain and business stakeholders to ensure the implementation goes smoothly and problem solve challenges along the way.
  • Several continuous improvement projects have been identified through the NA process. This role will help quantify those opportunities and lead the initiation of those cost savings / value projects.
  • This role will continue to execute a series of regional RFPs for other geographies; Europe, Asia and Latin America in partnership with local Supply Chain resources. The role will help negotiate these contracts and drive the implementation plans with local resources to ensure projects are delivered.
  • In parallel, Client is seeking to optimize its global warehouse footprint and associated transportation costs, with a substantive focus on North America. The warehouse footprint, operating model (insource vs. outsource), internal operation flow, supporting software (WMS, TMS, etc.) will be evaluated and optimized.
  • This resource will assist with software RFPs and contracts in support of the warehouse operational changes.
  • This resource will assist with insourcing / outsourcing financial analysis of certain warehouse operations.
  • Building upon work that has been executed over the past year, this resource will partner with the warehouse category manager and business stakeholders to develop a warehouse category strategy that supports the optimization efforts between Client & Bard.
  • In parallel, the North American trucking market is experiencing historic shipping volumes and resulting capacity constraints. This resource will assist with securing capacity with our primary trucking partners and working with them to further optimize our shipping networks with our trucking shipping partner.
