The Identity and Access Management Analyst is a contract position located in Fort Mill. will be part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team within the Compliance Legal and Risk (CLR) organization.  The IAM Team works in close  to support the firm's goals as a second line of defense for Business Unit first line IAM controls, and to ensure the right people get access to the right resources at the right time.
 
The IAM Analyst will be responsible for:
 
•Data gathering and analysis for compliance readiness
•Interfacing with technology teams and business units as their IAM governance liaison
•Respond to audit requests (both internal and external)
•Regular reporting and statistics
•Testing and verifying technical security controls are in place and effective
•Assisting with the research of security issues
•Researches security vulnerabilities
•Performs associated risk assessments of technical controls
​Essential Functions:
 
•Assessment of business controls pertaining to Identity Management
•Control performance governance and oversight
•Create and maintain security related documentation including processes, procedures, baselines, and standards
•Administration & automation of security systems & processes

 
Qualifications:
 
•3-5 years of experience in Information Security (Identity and Access Management) is preferred
•Previous experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ a plus
•Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and within a Team environment
•Strong teamwork and experience in collaborating with individuals across lines of business, functional areas, and different levels of an organization
•Ability to handle multiple projects, and tasks at any given time with minimal supervision
•Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate and present information in differing degrees of details depending on the audience
