Job Description:
In this unique opportunity, the senior analyst will provide project management support to the Technology Industry team, including tracking project timelines, coordination of events, tracking notes and actions, and status reporting. In addition to project management responsibilities, the senior analyst will drive operational reporting for tech client accounts, including forecasting revenue, sales and pipeline analysis, monthly revenue reporting, and account growth planning. This role will report to the Vertical Program Manager and indirectly into the Vertical leader. The ideal candidate is someone who is creative, likes solving unique and new problems, highly organized and detail-oriented, and has a passion for data. The senior analyst will be expected to maintain a level of autonomy within the team, and be proactive in managing project plans and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, with quality. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills are critical to this role, and the ideal candidate has a background in data science and experience with data visualization software (e.g. Tableau). 

Experience: 2 - 4 years' experience in a marketing/project management or events management role, and experience doing data analysis

Detailed Responsibilities: 
Project Management 
• Develop and drive action plans to deliver the vertical roadmap milestones and track/report on progress vs. plan
• Participate in key leadership and broader business meetings or conference calls, disseminating meeting materials and agendas, coordinating meeting events, recording feedback/actions from meetings, and tracking actions agreed to as part of the project plan
• Anticipate resource gaps and other execution challenges early to ensure key vertical activities and deliverables are on track
• Act as the custodian of Technology Vertical materials (case studies, proposal materials, Go to Market materials etc.) for the vertical and ensure they are updated on a quarterly basis, working with Solutions, lines of business and Global Client Managers (GCMs) as needed and shared with stakeholders
• Work with the Marketing team to plan and execute marketing events for the Technology Industry sector (Round Tables, conferences, etc.)

Operational Reporting & Data Analysis
• Manage revenue, sales, and account performance metrics dashboard for Technology Industry client portfolio and provide planned and ad hoc updates to internal teams 
• Co-develop and refresh sales and revenue reporting communications for Multinational Client Group (MCG) Leadership and other internal stakeholders 
• Determine and implement operational and reporting efficiencies (e.g. through process improvement or leveraging technologies like tableau); and/or determine how to optimize current reporting processes
• Conduct analysis of client growth plans and assess market trends as needed to determine growth targets for the 2019 portfolio
