What are we looking:
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be a technologist, implemented technologies in their environment. Must have work experience or knowledge of the following environments : Red hat Linux, Big Data, Sybase Oracle SQL, Apache Tomcat, Windows
  • Must have Agile / Scrum experience with hands-on Excel functionality.
 
About The Role:
  • The Project Coordinator Role will be primarily responsible for delivery of our client portfolio that enables or firm to sustain our product offerings coupled with leading other firm wide efforts that reside within the overall holistic AWM portfolio.
  • They will review, validate requirements, and deliver the assigned tasks and project related work ensuring our Service Provider, Operational Teams and Business Partners have complete transparency on progress with committed communicated timelines.
  • This role also provides the opportunity for the successful candidate to shape and improve the current processes.
  • They will drive the BAU agenda along with any assigned projects ensuring management has a clear picture within the portfolio with keen focus on cost and impact along with embellishing the current process and tool sets leveraged with in the portfolio to be more effective, transparent and streamlined.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Acts as a liaison between our stakeholders and technical organizations by planning, communicating, coordinating a team to execute on the required deliverables
  • Leads technical infrastructure initiatives from initiation, plan, execution right down to closure
  • Streamline the existing workflow ensuring clear checklists, executive dashboards and clear documentation is in place; continually search for ways to improve existing processes
