Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain system documentation for the Organizations UC infrastructure.
  • Responsible for Voice and Analog Gateways, maintenance, upgrades, refresh, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Responsible for project implementation and technical support of the Organizations Cisco Unified Collaboration related technologies which include, but are not limited to, Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco IM & Presence, Jabber, Single-wire, Cisco Contact Center Express, WebEx, Cisco Emergency Responder (E-911), TelePresence, VCS, Expressway, Conductor, etc.
  • Cisco WebEx Operational Support

Minimum Qualifications:

To qualify you must have a Work experience in healthcare and/or education or equivalent experience in complex organizations.
7+ years of relevant experience. CCVP/CCNP Voice desired.
Extensive experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection/ Unity in enterprise deployments, including bulk administration, provisioning and management of endpoints and user accounts in large-scale systems.
Solid experience with voice gateways: MGCP, SIP, H.323, SCCP, digital PRI/T1, analog FXO/FXS, Cisco Unified.
Solid experience with Border Element, media resources, SRST/SRSV.
Some Experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, including but not limited to UC Manager integration, basic scripting, high availability clustering.
Solid experience with traditional PBX and voicemail system integration to a UC environment.
Extensive experience with CME/CUE.
Strong knowledge and extensive experience in dial plan designs and implementation.
Solid experience with Cisco Unified Presence deployments with various client application integration: Cisco Jabber, Cisco Unified Personal Communicator, Microsoft Lync/Office Communicator, etc.
Solid experience with IP routing/switching and QoS.
Experience with virtualization, specifically VMware, Cisco UCS B/C-Series servers.
Experience with Cisco TelePresence video solutions.
Experience with Cisco audio and video conferencing solutions.
Experience with voice carrier systems from - Telecommunication, Telecommunication, Sprint, Client, Experience with multi-cluster call manager environments.
Strong problem solving and analytic skills to isolate problems, recommend solutions and implementation of solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication.
BA or BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
