BA/BS Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or other related field
2+ years' experience in managing programs / projects involving multiple stakeholders
Positive and proactive team player Desired Qualifications
Program / project management and change management skills.
Have industry experience and/or possess technical background in solar or other distributed generation technologies. Ability to form strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, build consensus and influence multiple stakeholders to drive program and process improvements.
Experience with customer engagement and building partnerships with high-profile program participants (manufacturers, installers).
Strong verbal / written communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate with credibility, confidence and clarity for all types of audiences.
Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders and work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently on most issues and responsible for deliverables within the program implementation and strategic plan.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, Power Point.

The position will be support DG program operations, including project management and customer communications.
Typical program management responsibilities include:
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all regulatory compliance requirements and reports.
Effectively manage program budgets, meet all financial requirements and ensure timeliness and accuracy of yearly forecast and monthly accruals.
Manage daily customer interactions and project issues.
Drive integration of DG programs with other CES or other programs and opportunities across PG&E.
Support various pilot programs and new initiatives related to DG opportunities.
Partner with key internal stakeholders like DG Policy, State Government Relations, Incentive & Enrollment Management, Solutions Marketing, Risk & Compliance Management, Regulatory Relations, and Law.
Manage all contracts and vendors who support program with engineering review and onsite inspections.
Support Measurement & Evaluation program activities and stakeholders.
Represent PG&E and program administrators at industry events, technology-specific conferences, panels, and customer fairs. Seek sponsorship and speaking opportunities.
Grow customer focus and outreach in partnership with Marketing lead and effectively engage internal / external stakeholders.
