Following are the key responsibilities I can think of BA should be performing in eArchive Project:

· Work closely with Business, product vendor and interface with IT team to deliver user/functional requirements
· Document requirement, get the review and approval done from required stakeholders including quality team
· Ability to manage stakeholders, facilitate and drive to close requirements
· Ability to identify number of SOPs (System Operating Procedure) required
· Work with stakeholders and document SOPs, get it reviewed and obtain approval
· Explain/clarify requirements to IT team when required
· Help testing team to explain requirement to build test script
· Explain key requirement/functionality to Quality team to get their buy in from validation point of view when necessary
· Drive and facilitate business change and required trainings
· Work with business to identify training requirement, coordinate with Product vendor to agree on training requirement
· Work closely with IT project manager to include activities (requirement, SOPs, Trainings, UAT scripts, execution etc.) and estimated time lines in project schedule
· Work with business and testing team to drive UAT (user acceptance) test scripts, coordinate to get the script review and approval
· Triage during UAT to understand issue raised and bring business to verify issues marked as fixed by IT team
