Job Description Role: Shop Floor Systems COE Governance lead
Details: 1. Candidate with 8+ years' experience in managing implementation projects for control systems or manufacturing automation and overall around 10 years technology experience. 2. Good experience with processes and regulatory requirements in Pharmaceutical industry – GMP, S88, IQ, OQ, PQ 3. Candidate should be able to set up processes and workflows for managing standards and processes across multiple tracks in customer for shop floor systems, manage process , and make improvements 4. He/she should have awareness of control systems technicalities and ideally worked on execution projects on these 4+ years 5. Great communication skills, and good stake holder management skills 6. Experience with creating reports and presentations, excel data processing, project management reporting and presenting to different levels of audience including leadership and operational groups 7. Ability to deal with ambiguities, cultural and regional differences and flexible in working conditions 8. Any previous experience in managing or supporting a technology COE would be a plus 9. Ideal candidate would have worked on development/implementation of automation/control systems early part of career and then moved to Project Management/Processes/lead roles for the projects
Location: 2 location options - New Jersey area, or we can consider Raleigh Durham, NC Candidate should work out of one of these locations.
