Job Description:
Provides consulting services to HR, lines of business, and/or executive compensation team by researching and analyzing complex
compensation, executive compensation, and equity situations.
Interfaces with compensation team and HR business partners regarding benchmarking, job families, job surveys, market analysis for a
particular business or region, year-end compensation planning and all other compensation projects.
May partner with HR business partners and managers regarding the job evaluation process and related matters providing subject matter
expertise on evaluation methodology to determine job grades to ensure internal equity and appropriate external competitive positioning.
Manages projects consisting of compensation-based initiatives that have a significant impact on the organization which may include variable 
compensation plan designs, job evaluation system implementations, executive financial counseling and tax preparation, market surveys
including executive, equity and director compensation surveys, and other analytics.
Generates and interpret complex reports from large databases as well as manipulate these databases to manage employee data and
competitive compensation data.
Prepares advanced analytics and modeling for ad hoc data requests.
Prepares compensation proposals and budgets by consolidating and packaging data analysis for leadership and develop business focused
recommendations based on the analysis in order to make compensation recommendations to management and leadership.
May assist in preparation of materials reviewed by the Compensation Committee of the MMC's Board of Directors, including agenda and
presentations relating to executive compensation programs or individual arrangements.
May play key role in drafting of proxy statement, particularly but not limited to proxy tables and exhibits. Supports preparation of
Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A) and material for annual meeting, as required.
