Candidate shall be from any of this. But, In all cases he should be working for Medical device for minimum 5 years (Eg: Infusion pumps, Patient monitoring, ECG analyser, etc)
1. From Design & Development 
a. Involved in EMI/EMC testing for the product he worked
b. Proficiency in Safety standard (60601) and it's certification 
c. Able to interact with test lab and review the certification (especially leading the whole compliance) for multiple projects
2. From Electrical/Eletro-Mechanical verification (functional testing)
a. Must be involved EMI/EMC testing for the product he tested
b. Proficiency in Safety standard (60601) and it's certification 
c. Able to interact with test lab and review the certification (especially leading the whole compliance) for multiple projects
3. From compliance background (his career is mainly on products compliance testing)
a. Proficiency in medical device life cycle and experience with working development team
b. Must be involved EMI/EMC testing and problem
c. Proficiency in Safety standard (60601) and it's certification 
d. Work experience with multiple test lab will be added advantage

EMC standards, design and testing with Medical devices background
Education in Electrical or related engineering branch
Medical Devices Risk
Product testing and safety agency testing including Software, Hardware, and Electromagnetic Compatibility and product safety
Participate in Risk Assessment activities such as Hazard Analysis and FMEA's.
Involve in early stages of new product development and changes to existing devices.
Assist identify selection of new and alternate components.
EMC test protocol for pre-compliance testing 
Coordinate Component procurement
