  • Should be good in Java, UNIX commands and basic understanding in Spring/Hibernate along with experience to perform live troubleshooting in customer server.
  • Must have a networking domain knowledge as it required to understand the customer network topology while troubleshooting the customer environment.
  • Should have an excellent communication skills to interact with end customers and also with accounts team.
  • Should have a good skills in coordinating with multiple teams like offshore team and DE team and should escalate at right time when things not going in right direction
